Implementation

·        Provision of Foundation seed by National Cereal Research Institute (NCRI)

·        Production and supply of Certified Seeds by WACOT Ltd.

·        Provision of fertilizer and agrochemicals at subsidized rate through the GES and ADPs of the implementing states.

·        Production and distribution of soybean Extension Guides and Posters to create awareness on new production techniques.

·        Fabrication of soybean multi-purpose threshing machines to reduce post-harvest losses.

·        Carry out capacity building/workshops for soybean farmers in Good Agronomic Practices and the use of Rhizobia Inoculums (Nodumax/Maxi Crop) for yield enhancement with the collaborating agencies.

·        Embark on massive sensitization and training of soybean farmers on the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity as well as on-farm processing activities for quality assurance.

·        Production of Extension Guide and Posters for distribution to soybean farmers.

·        Fabrication of 100 units of multipurpose threshing machines to reduce post-harvest losses.
